Over the years working in HVAC, we have seen that a large portion of service calls are the result of improper or even unsafe installations. Very often, these problems appear after a “cheap installation” that initially seems like savings, but later leads to system rework, repairs, and additional expenses.
Average market pricing is usually not random. A good contractor accounts not only for the cost of the equipment, but also for quality installation, safety, proper system startup, and minimizing future problems.
Extremely low pricing often means important installation steps are simplified, partially skipped, or completed using lower-quality materials.
To a non-professional, a cheap installation and a quality installation may look the same from the outside. The real difference is in the details: pressure testing, vacuuming, drainage, electrical work, communication line protection, and proper system startup.

The heating in our restaurant stopped working. I called on Friday evening, and the next day the team came out and took a look at the system. They ran a full diagnostic, found a small issue and fixed it pretty quickly. They also gave some helpful recommendations on how to avoid this problem in the future.
