Narta HVAC was great to work with! Scheduling was easy over text - they had same-week availability - and the technicians arrived within the scheduled hour and were extremely professional and capable. They uninstalled our window units, took them outside, cleaned them, and reinstalled them. The cleaning was super thorough. The whole process took about 2.5 hours. The price they quoted was comparable to other quotes I’d received - $250 per unit, plus a $50 discount for the second unit (July 2026). Would definitely work with them again!

They did a great job cleaning our air conditioners and even gave us a discount because one of the ACs was not as bad as the others. The team took care to clean and properly vent 2 units which were new but installed incorrectly. They were also very careful with our furniture and everything was put back exactly as it was. Typical of older brownstones: plenty of heat downstairs, not so much up above. NARTA came and reconfigured the ducts coming out of the furnace to get better balance and airflow to all rooms, not just the lucky few. Really happy with their service and professionalism.

Fantastic experience, I was really intimidated to call anyone for an AC window unit cleaning that I had been procrastinating on for years, and it was also hard to find someone who does window unit cleaning specifically, at least with online Google searches. I'm so glad I took the chance and called Narta HVAC. They were communicative, clear and honest with their pricing, and went above and beyond by coming early and doing extra unplanned work of replacing 2 other AC units and even taking the old ones so I didn't have to deal with them. Very impressed with the guys. They replaced a faulty capacitor and cleaned the condenser coil, bringing our AC back to like-new performance. What could have turned into a full system replacement was resolved quickly and at a very fair price. Highly recommend.

Very professional, honest and clearly knowledgeable in what they do. Communication was also great. They did a thorough diagnostic of over units and mini split system, we also did a deep cleaning of our a/c wall mount units. They are now very clean and work great! Will definitely use NARTA again!

One of my window AC units stop cooling good. They are pretty old so I was thinking maybe I need to replace them, but I am not ready for that now. I called NARTA HVAC and they come to check. The heating in our restaurant stopped working. I called on Friday evening, and the next day the team came out and took a look at the system. They ran a full diagnostic, found a small issue and fixed it pretty quickly. They also gave some helpful recommendations on how to avoid this problem in the future. What I liked most is that NARTA HVAC focused on finding the exact cause of the problem instead of trying to replace everything. That actually saved me money. I'm planning to replace the whole system soon and will definitely work with them again.
